North Property Group are one of the fastest growing independent property investment companies in the UK. Due to rapid growth of the company we are recruiting for an Investment Consultant located in Manchester City Centre in order to serve the increasing demand from our ever growing client base.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for selling exclusive off-plan property investment opportunities to clients all over the world.
What’s in it for you?
We offer a basic salary of £20,000 with an exceptional commission scheme OTE £60,000 – £100,000 + (uncapped). Commission is paid monthly, with a realistic and achievable target of one sale per week.
The level of commission has been proven by current employees and is very achievable if you are able to hit your targets.
We provide each consultant with a premium level of high quality warm leads per week which can be managed through our world-leading CRM.
These are hot enquiries from paid media and you will be interacting with high-net-worth individuals who have expressed an interest in purchasing property.
We are open to exceptional sales professionals from a non-property background, as we deliver an excellent training and induction program. This could be an opportunity for the best sales people in other sectors to switch to the property investment sector, which shows no signs of slowing down.

If you are a top performer sales at the moment, where a consultative approach is crucial, it is likely your skills and experience are transferable to selling our highly attractive, exclusive, off plan property investments.
Our top performers have come from a wide range of industries, such as recruitment, financial services, retail, car sales, media sales etc. We are open to any type of background. What is most important to us is:
Hard-working – Our best performers have great sales flair and rapport building skills, but also a knack for hard work! This is not a typical office job. It is a job which requires a self-starter who can motivate themselves. Someone with a large degree of tenacity and a willingness to make things happen. Some of our investors are also based overseas, so it is important that you are available when they need you.
Positive Attitude – Grinding out sales can be a tough job, you must be able to maintain a positive mind-frame, in spite of rejections, clients not picking up the phone and receiving setbacks. We want to recruit people who have passion, enthusiasm and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Sales Ability – An ability to understand different types of investments, payment plans, financials, how much deposit you would require for certain investments etc is important. Being able to advise customers on the best possible investments suited to their requirements, overcoming objections, negotiating out deals and understand payment terms is important. We are looking for exceptional closers who are not afraid of asking tough questions, you must be able to demonstrate this skill of closing.
Communication Skills – Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, to come across competent over the phone/email and face to face. You need the ability to instil trust and be credible, as you will be recommending investments to clients.
Dynamism – This role suits someone who is able to adapt, think on their feet, use different types of technology - Salesforce, Whatsapp, Youtube, Dropbox etc. You need to be a salesperson who is a self-starter in the sense of being able to create opportunities and piece deals together.
