Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a full-time Pharmacy Assistant in Penmans Pharmacy, 5-7 William Street, Johnstone PA5 8DP
Successful applicants will be expected to work between the Pharmacy counter and the dispensary. Experience in this field is not essential as the correct candidate will be given full on the job training. A full clean driving licence would be beneficial to the role but is not necessary.
The successful candidate would be required to work Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm and Saturdays on a rota basis approximately 1 in 6.
Pharmacy Assistant Main Duties
- Serving Customers
- Ordering Stock
- Checking orders and putting away stock
- Selling over the counter medicines
- Housekeeping
- Cash Handling
- Assembling prescriptions
