We have an opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join our management team at FedEx Cross Border based in Slough.
As an Operations Supervisor you will lead and motivate a team of handlers.
Your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Ensuring the effective performance of the shift in line with site targets and KPI's

Ensure that high levels of internal and external customer care are maintained through clear and precise communication (Written & Verbal)

Support all performance management cycle

Ensure that all HASAWA Legislation/Security Procedures are adhered to and that good housekeeping is maintained
-
Manage, train and develop your team for continuous improvement or succession through coaching, delegation and feedback

Adhering and gatekeeping FedEx's policies and procedures
To be successful in the role you will have the following skills:
