Our Business Analyst Consultants works as part of a team to define problems, examine options and capture requirements for digital solutions that will transform our clients’ operations. Opportunity
You will work on a variety of consulting assignments related to digital technology strategy, requirements and execution. The project responsibilities will include; Assessing the current client situation or problem, Eliciting drivers, requirements and constraints for change. Formulation of the technology transformation roadmap and assisting its implementation and roll-out to users.
Your role will include requirements elicitation, user/persona creation, business analysis, end-to-end process/journey mapping, data analysis, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement. You will also possess sufficient technical know-how to help develop these artefacts into specifications and designs sufficiently detailed to permit options selection, package procurement or custom implementation.
Is this role right for you
We are looking for people who are:
- Have interest in sustainability, and a desire to deliver solutions for customers that promote long-term sustainable outcomes
- Experience in one or more of the following markets: Energy, Water, Rail, Highways, Aviation
- Capability in developing new business bids and proposals, drawing together expertise from different teams.
- An interest in new technologies, solutions and concepts, such as ML/AI, Data Analytics, Digital Twins, IoT, Smart Buildings and their application in our focus sectors
- Experience with the application of Digital Architecture frameworks and knowledge in business analysis & digital requirements management BPSS or SC security clearance, or able to secure this
Education:
You are likely to have a degree qualification in a subject related to information technology and/or high-level certifications from major vendors or authorities such as the BCS or The Open Group or likely to be demonstrably on a path to achieving chartered status as an engineer or an IT professional. You may have an IT-specific qualification such as BCS Business Analysis Diploma or TOGAF.
