We’re recruiting for an Administrator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to provide administrative support within our Kier Places business function.
Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (6 months), full-time – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.
Responsibilities
In this exciting Administrator role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for general day-to-day queries across the business covering activities from general admin, data capture and insight reporting. You’ll ensure the accuracy of data is provided and employee records are maintained. The role will include assisting with internal projects and providing ad-hoc support to the internal HR team. The role will also involve liaising with the business and centralised HR Shared Service Centre.
Who are we looking for?
A pragmatic and organised individual with good attention to detail and previous administration experience is essential. You’ll be a strong communicator and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. You’ll also be a proficient user with MS Office applications, in particular Excel, to create pivot tables, v-look ups and extracting/collating data information to identify key trends.
