Profile
The Senior WFM Analyst will participate in business activities, supporting Senior Managers with BAU & non-BAU activities, cyclical work pieces such as Annual Reporting and short-term initiatives and service forecasting. The role is part of the WFM team and would report to Resource and Planning Manager. The role holder must have experience working in a similar role either in Workforce Management /Scheduling /Realtime or Resource and Planning or an analytical role with advanced excel knowledge. The role holder will deliver some or all the tasks documented in this role profile.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Forecasting of resource requirements over different time horizons
- Analysing and recommending future scheduling/rostering requirements to balance business and employee needs
- Development of reporting and modelling for performance, identification of trends and formulation of insights and recommendations
- Support the technology roadmap rollout of new technology/self-service tools
- Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, call drivers and offer advice and/or implement solutions
- Actively participate in projects
- System architecture and/or configuration
- Contribute to senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums, and stakeholder feedback
- Investigating and seeking remedies for issues which may be adversely affecting business unit performance
Your skills and experience should include:
- Experience working in a similar role either in Workforce Management /Scheduling /Realtime or Resource and Planning
- Advanced Microsoft excel knowledge
- Strong mathematical skillset
- Experience working with multiple, complex data sets to provide analytical output
- Experience of planning across multiple sites both on and offshore
- Experience working with a Work Force Management (WFM) system
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
