Playlist is located in the heart of Reading: An innovative and contemporary twist on an age-old form of entertainment. Aimed at: Dining, brunching, cocktail drinking, live music loving, professionals.
A 150-cover restaurant, 5-piece band setup, non-stop request based live music, two bars, dance floor, roof terrace and the ultimate anthems played LIVE all night long. All the songs played are requested by the audience, our bands can play over 1,000 songs on the spot.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This role requires advanced, video creation and design editing skills.
Using your creative skillset, you will work within the marketing strategy and brand guidelines to conceptualise, plan and create exciting, innovative and engaging content.

- Photography and videography
- Design Unique brands assets
- SEO Enhanced Blog Posts
- Website/social banners
- HTML
You will be required 5 days per week and to visit Playlist regularly.
The venue is located 3 minutes walk from Reading railway station and has a direct train into London.
The Elizabeth line comes direct into Reading and reaches into Essex.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Image creation, photography and video content must represent and enforce the brand identity. Your content should encourage customer engagement, enhance the look and online experience across relevant digital platforms.
- Coordinate the digital platform output and engagement scheme for social channels.
- Create visuals and videography for marketing and social campaign content, influencer engagement and customer outreach across social channels.
- Maintain social content calendar and overall brand video and visual strategy for social channels.
- Produce creative and engaging copy for social media, marketing, and blogs, following the brand tone of voice guidelines.
- Responsible for post-production and editing of all photography and videography
- Responsible for Uploading creative content onto the company's website and online drives.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and visual identity.
- Assist in Adhoc graphic design and marketing projects
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS NEEDED
- Able to deliver high-quality video, photography, and designs.
- Post-production and editing of video and photography
- Experience in designing brand content for web, desktop and mobile.
- Creative thinker
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, Canva. HTML
- Degree (or similar) in Videography, photography, or equivalent experience in the creative or graphic design or Marketing field.
- Ability to multitask several creative projects
- Excellent creative skills and a great eye for detail
- Passionate about food and cocktails
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Reading, surrounding areas or London(preferred)
