Job Description
The Ecommerce Operations Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the company's ecommerce platform. This includes ensuring that orders are fulfilled and shipped to customers in a timely and efficient manner, and that any issues with orders are promptly resolved. The Ecommerce Operations Manager will work closely with the rest of the operations team, as well as with suppliers, to ensure that the ecommerce platform is running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Send daily orders to suppliers
- Fulfill orders and send new tracking numbers to customers
- Check in with operations spreadsheet to track the status of orders and identify any potential issues
- Solve order issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Keep track of tracking numbers to ensure that all orders are delivered on time
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with the rest of the operations team to improve processes and streamline operations
- Participate in meetings and provide updates on the status of orders and any issues that may arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce operations or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
