Cheerful Links Group (CLG) 佳恩里 is one of the leading oriental grocers based in the heart of the Midlands, with sites in Stoke-on-Trent, Manchester, London and Norwich. Over the past few years our group has expanded rapidly, supplying to the NHS, manufacturers and wholesalers alike. We aim to increase trade cooperation by linking the Oriental and Western markets with steady growth and year on year investments. CLG continually seeks new opportunities by bringing new depots online and expanding our market coverage.
As Office Administrator at our London depot, you will support the depot in achieving its availability, through accurate stocks files and transfer process, together with keeping the Depot, safe and legal with regard to pricing and promotions compliance. You will ensure a class leading customer experience through accurate information and pricing and support the Management Team through maintaining processes throughout the Depot and investigating and reporting back.
Working Hours:
- 8.5 hours (Shift between 3 am - 5 pm)
Requirement:
- Multi-lingual: English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin), able to speak and write in both languages
- Excellent computer skills both in the in-house packages and suite of Microsoft packages
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
