This is your chance to join us in an exciting new role as Head of Talent and Recruitment in the People & Organisational Development Team and help to shape the staffing community of our university.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment specialist with substantial prior experience in a fast-paced, customer-focussed environment; with the ability to lead, challenge and motivate others. You will have a pro-active approach, with strong communication and analytical skills and will have knowledge and understanding of:

  • Recruitment and employment legislation and best practice
  • Attraction campaigns, employee value proposition and business engagement strategies
  • Recruitment processes, tools, and systems

Please submit your CV on application.

This a great opportunity to join us in a role where you get to support both service and cultural change, enabling positive developments in our recruitment practices and people strategy. Along the way, you'll also enjoy a competitive rewards and benefits package, including a generous local government pension and 35 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays and Christmas shut-down.

If you have the drive to further develop your abilities, we will give you the opportunities and support you need to enhance your career.

We promote applications from all sections of the community, irrespective of background, belief or identity, recognising the benefits that a diverse organisation can bring and particularly encourage applications from groups which are underrepresented in the University workforce.
