Brief
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our small but busy team to support our Associate Lead with organising and scheduling our growing team of associate consultants. We are looking for someone that is logistically minded, highly organised and has experience leading schedule or diary management (be that in a PA or more general position).
Main responsibilities
· Supporting the Associate Lead
· Assisting with day-to-day operations and general administrative tasks
· Assisting with planning logistics for associates
· Assisting with travel arrangements for associates
· Setting up surveys
· Editing videos
· Maintaining effective communication with other colleagues to ensure everything is aligned and runs smoothly
Essential Requirements
- Diary management or scheduling experience
- Great client communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Competent using Microsoft Suite
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage own schedule and work independently from home
- Highly organised, motivated and pro-active
- Engaging, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- MUST Live within commuting distance of Surrey/London
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
