The post-holder will work across the whole Royal Free Business Unit and with staff at all levels. The ability to develop effective working relationships quickly will be key.
The successful candidate is required to be able demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. In particular you should have the following skills and experience:
- Advising on quality improvement projects with good knowledge of the science of improvement
- Fantastic communication skills
- Project management and change management skills, combined with creativity and flexibility
- Credible both at the front-line and with senior leadership
- Values driven, focused on what matters most to staff, patients and populations
- Be a kind person who believes in collaboration.
