About us
As a team we have complied the Cole AD agency values that we all believe in:
1) Always learning
2) Can-do attitude
3) Enjoy yourself
4) Support your team-mates
We have a hybrid approach to work, splitting the week between working from home and working from our office in Glasgow City Centre. We’re a small but mighty team, working closely to manage our client projects across a range of industries. We have team meetings twice a week to tackle work flow, schedules and any challenges on the horizon so we can help one another.
Each month, we get together in our Glasgow office for a Share Day when the whole team meets up to give mini talks on projects and discuss ways to improve as a team, followed by a team lunch. We believe that collaboration and learning are a vital part of our success, so we prioritise sharing knowledge and building new skills.
As a team, we are passionate about producing fantastic work and ensuring the clients we help achieve their goals. We say no to projects on a regular basis that are not a right fit for our people. Positive word of mouth, excellent client feedback and fantastic online reviews have all helped us grow the agency over the years since our inception in 1986. Agency founder, the late Chris Cole, started the company in 1986 with his key goals of creating a workplace that looked after its people first – over 3 decades later, that remains our goal!
