Description

Working in our offices in Aveley. The works would involve general administration duties in the Pre-tender and Project Admin and Finance departments.

Pre Tender

Admin dealing with Suppliers and Subcontractors for the preparation of Tender Submissions.

Project Admin

Dealing with Suppliers and Subcontractors for secured projects that are going to site.
Compilation of site information for Health & safety Recording, Quality Monitoring, Operation & Maintenance Manuals etc.

Project Finance

Collation of invoices from Suppliers & Subcontractors for submission to the accountants.

Entry requirements

You will already hold GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C/$ or above.

Training to be provided

This role is delivered as a day release:

Level 3 Business Administrator Standard
Behaviour, Skills and Knowledge

Things to consider

There is no direct public transport therefore it is advisable if you are able to drive. EW offices which are located on a Farm in Aveley Essex.
