Our Firm:
William Kateny Legal is looking for a motivated individual to join our London headquarter. You will report to our team whose overseeing China to UK business.
You will work with our team to handle operations of the legal firm's front office. Also gain exposure on a range of legal matters including Commercial Law, Employment, Immigration, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Property, and Tax. A variety of learning and professional advancement options exist in both the Chinese and UK markets.
The Role:
- Performing office day to day administration work and provide general legal administrative support.
- Be the first point of contact for all direct queries to the Legal team.
- Manage the Legal inbox, allocate, matters and queries within the team effectively.drafting and preparing documents, files and bundles; assistance with opening of all incoming posts, scanning and photocopying;
- Assist with updating templates and precedent documents.
- Manage invoice process, liaising with Finance departments.
The Candidate:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fluency in English and good communication skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office
