About the role
- Provide a high quality personal care service to people with a diverse range of social needs and medical conditions
- Ensure people living in the home are always treated with respect and dignity, emphasising their independence and supporting them as individuals
- To maintain up to date and accurate daily and ongoing records for people living in the home
- Hours: 6pm - 12am

- The role requires a person centred approach, self-motivated and flexible individual who is able to identify & implement solutions to a wide range of problems facing individuals.
