General Manager Vacancy
Kerbed LTD are an alloy wheel refurbishment company based in Small Dole, West Sussex specialising in powder coating and diamond cut refurbishment.
Having expanded into a 3000 sq ft unit in early 2017 they continue to grow the business with a small team and seek a General manager.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, have good organisational skills, experience in leading a small team within a busy, changeable environment and a keen eye for detail. You will be friendly, computer literate and an excellent problem solver. You will have a clean driving licence.
The role is workshop based and requires good levels of physical fitness. You will be customer facing and therefore you must be well presented and able to uphold high levels of customer service at all times.
Experience within a bodyshop or wheel refurbishment setting is essential, with tyre fitting, and powder coating experience advantageous.
About the role
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the business. This will include forward planning and liaising with the team to ensure a steady flow of work; This can be changeable, so the ability to adapt quickly is a must. Greeting customers, providing quotes, replying to email enquiries and managing the bookings diary. You will also be expected to work within the workshop where needed. This could be fitting tyres, repairing wheels etc etc. Training can be provided for the right candidate.
7:45am - 5:15pm 5 days per week plus occasional Saturday mornings.
Salary £35,000 per annum
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
