£26,000 - OTE £40,000 Uncapped.
An amazing opportunity for x8 SDR's to join the Fast Lane group who are one of the leading providers of IT education in the world. They have disrupted the training market with their innovative approach to delivery. They provide technology and business education to companies across the world. After a successful first group of SDR’s they are looking to grow the career of another 8 SDR’s who will grow their career in the business to senior sales roles.

- £26k basic (£40k OTE uncapped)

This is a new business role with a responsibility to engage with our prospects and leveraging partner funded initiatives drive incremental revenue while growing accounts that are spending below £5000 with the company. Targets will be set fairly with a view that you overachieve in year 1 and fully enjoy your experience with the organization
Key Responsibilities;
- Responsible for planning, progressing and achieving sufficient volumes of lead generation, business development and closed sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed monthly engagement and conversion targets for the Fast Lane’s apprenticeship, talent and commercial training programmes.
- Ensure that you familiarise yourself fully with Fast Lane’s Talent Programs as these are key business growth areas for the business.
- Work with the Sales Manager as required to develop and grow the sales pipeline in order to meet your target and in-line with the business growth plans.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate and up to date on Eman.
- Identify key contacts within these prospects to build up trusted relationships with potential employers to determine recruitment and training plans.
- Build and develop relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-ups in order to move opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Develop new business via telephone and additional communication avenue’s such as email and social media to introduce our services.
- Report sales data, hotlines and forecast each week by the end of play every Thursday.
- Build an accurate pipeline and forecast that relates to your KPI’s and targets.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify new potential prospects.
- Qualify customer learning and development requirements and build effective solutions that maximise their investment in technology.
- Identify opportunities to up sell and cross sell other Fast Lane courses and services.
- In line with our business growth plans for our apprenticeship programme you will also need to identify vacancies that are in-line with our IT Apprenticeship programme.
- Assist when required with the creation of marketing Campaigns to customers and follow-up e-shot click through’s.
- Form great working relationships with key internal stakeholders who will be crucial to your success.
- Consistently achieve targets through proactive new business wins and prospecting.
Skills and Experience;
- Excellent verbal communication skills over the telephone.
- An ability to engage with relevant stakeholder.
- Good written communication skills and experience in providing quotes that match the customer’s needs.
- Experience in building and managing a pipeline of forecasted sales.
- Good Time Management.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Self-Motivated with a desire to succeed.
- An understanding that success is achieved through effort and determination.
