Previous optical experience isn’t required for this role, we can give you all the support to develop a career with us. What can you expect from the role?
The role of a store manager designate involves a six-month training and development program to learn all about us. After this you will be placed in your own store to lead and develop your team. Here we will look to you to create an environment where we win together, where all our colleagues have a role to play in making our customers feel special. If you like the buzz of the shop floor, creating a unique customer experience and developing a team, this role will suit you.
The beauty of this role is that no two days are ever the same. You will spend your first six months in stores of different sizes and work with your mentors to learn all about us. By bringing our brand to life and working closely with your colleagues, you will build a high achieving environment that delivers an experience that creates joy in vision. You will also be involved in shaping our success through learning how we analyse and interpret your P&L and KPIs to determine where the areas of opportunities lie.

About you
Previous optical experience is not needed to join our retail team, however previous experience of managing teams in a retail environment, with a passion for creating a personalised customer experience is beneficial.
