Job Description
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join a repairs and maintenance team in and around Lincoln.
Our client is looking for operatives who will be responsible for travelling to small commercial and domestic properties within an hours distance of Lincoln to carry out remedial and new build construction works.
You will be working on jobs carrying out general repairs and rectifying any defects to ensure that clients receive a high-quality service. Properties will include private residences, social housing, flats, commercial premises, hospitals, offices etc.
Ideally, you will need experience or qualifications in the following:
- Plumbing AND/OR Joinery
- Carpentry such as UPVC, lock change, internal door installations, kitchen unit /door repairs, tiling, floor tiles, skirting
- Plumbing such as taps, baths, basin, sink repair and installs.
- Ground works – concreting, fence panel installs, half steps, clearances, deep cleans, gardening etc.
- Decorating - painting, plastering, re pointing, wallpapering, rendering, and coving etc.

Successful candidates will have:
- A mixture of the above experience in maintenance and/or construction environments
- A relevant trade qualification or “on the job” experience
- Full driving licence
- CSCS Card
- Ideally have own transport
Initially this will be a temporary contract for a minimum of 6 weeks, but could lead to further work with a growing Lincoln contractor.
Remuneration will be dependant on experience and qualifications, but will be competitive.
