Job Description

To regularly propose, prepare and deliver innovative digital marketing activities and project manage accordingly to achieve student and franchise recruitment growth objectives/targets on time and on budget.
Liaise with Website Operations Manager & Brand Marketing Manager on Digital Strategic Direction
Develop campaign strategies and activity plans for digital activity throughout the year to use relevant channels effectively and achieve pre-determined objectives for both franchise and student recruitment activity.
To establish and deliver an ongoing local digital marketing strategy for franchisees (Instructors) to use/follow that compliments and amplifies national activity and performance.
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and effective use of Native Ads to increase enquiries through direct management on Yahoo Native, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.
Work with key stakeholders to implement digital marketing activity: including the in-house Design Team, Field Teams, Legal, IT, Instructors and Communications teams.
Brief relevant external agencies to ensure activity is delivered against appropriate briefs.
Produce and deliver activity and results presentations as required at all levels of the business.
Identify the latest digital technologies and current digital trends affecting the industry.
Analysing & optimising content performance - Responsive Search Ads, Social Media Ads including creating briefs for more effective video content, etc.
Be actively involved in SEO efforts with a particular focus on Local SEO, Onpage Optimisation and long tail strategies via the Kumon Blog
Reporting
Define activity metrics and ensure activities are analysed and reported against expenditure and in line with corporate goals and objectives.
Deliver key monthly reporting of results and activity, based on all available measurement such as call stats, Google Analytics, traffic, enquiry, E-Enrolment, student and centre numbers.
Carry out regular analysis and ensure learning is communicated and reinvested into future campaign plans.
Ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated into all analysis and used effectively to influence future activities.
Research, analyse and evaluate company digital performance, markets, competitors and Kumon growth data to ensure Kumon’s messaging and promotional positioning is best placed to have the most successful impact.
Collate Instructor (franchisee), student and parent (customer) feedback to influence the ongoing evolution of Kumon’s brand materials and offering/positioning.

Agency Management
Day-to-day management of appropriate external media booking, digital and data agencies to develop creative and effective plans, media and content as required.
Stakeholder Management
Liaise with the Brand Marketing, Field Teams, HCDIM, Legal, Finance and IT to ensure all activity content is compliant with the needs of each area of the business.
Work alongside Brand Marketing team members to ensure artwork, campaigns and comms are co-ordinated with appropriate digital activity.
Ensure activity is in line with Field activity and is effectively and collaboratively communicated throughout the franchise network to maximise the impact.
To promote/ensure digital activity buy-in from Instructors and Associates using effective communications.
General responsibilities
To manage the support of Kumon Europe & Africa campaign activity as necessary when requested.
To attend supervision, training and meetings as and when required. There may be a necessity for these to be outside of normal working times and or at weekends for which TOIL time would be awarded.
To work with, abide by and positively promote all KEA’s policies and/or procedures including, but not limited to, health and safety matters.
To carry out all reasonable duties as and when requested by your line manager or any other senior management member.
