Looking for a Practice Manager in Oxford.
Working hours are 40 hours per week.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will coach, mentor and develop the practice team. Also to be the main influencer as well as lead representative for the practice.
- ensure that the clients experience is being fulfilled. Giving the eye care and hearing care clients receive obsessively great service.
- Compel performance to achieve targets and ensure that the practice is adhering to and achieving all operational standards set, including smart booking and diary management.
- The Practice Manager will manage all aspects of practice rotas ensuring that there is sufficient cover available. Also understand MI (Management information) to maintain areas of the budget, As well as ensure all areas are within budget. In addition, Stock control is tightly managed.
Essential Requirements:
- You must be registered as a Qualified Dispensing Optician with the General Optical Council (GOC)
- Have past experience as a Deputy Practice Manager or Practice Manager
- Must have excellent communication and listening skills, With an ability to be understood both verbally and non-verbally also the ability to build relationships with eye care and hearing clients.
- Must have the ability to diagnose also solve problems, plan, prioritise workloads and delegate accordingly to have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
CV must contain the following:
- GOC registration pin
- 2 years preferred clinical experience
- General knowledge of Optometry
