Fantastic opportunity to join FM Conway’s Consultancy Services team as a Project Manager Assistant. You will join our design team on a full-time permanent basis, working on a range of our prestigious contracts. The role will be based from our Sevenoaks head office, but will require some travel to other locations such as our Croydon office.
We are looking for candidates who have experience providing support in a project management environment. You will be an advanced user of Microsoft Office and Excel, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Project Manager Assistant role
As our Project Manager Assistant, you will ensure that all financial aspects of our projects are set up on our internal and external systems and have been updated with all available financial data. You will be responsible for providing one source of truth for all project related financial enquiries including budgets, funding, purchase orders and compensation events. Other duties will include:
- Ensuring that monthly payment applications are submitted in appropriate timeframes and in the correct format
- Supporting Project Managers with the management and recoverability of Work In Progress (WIP)
- Ensuring that all projects are set up correctly in KeyedIn including all design stages and compensation events to mirror client systems
- Capturing all financial actions and agreed interim payments from programme meetings and ensuring that tasks are completed in accordance with the agreed timescales
- Delivering completed reports and designs to the client
- Managing purchase orders and requisitions for the supply chain
