If so, we have an opportunity for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Craghoppers Marketing team here at Basecamp in Urmston, Manchester.
This role work across teams, so excellent communication skills are a must. The role will work from concept inception through to concept delivery, cover all aspects and touch points. The right candidate will have excellent knowledge of adobe creative suite and be able to demonstrate a dynamic skill set.
A knowledge of print, retail space and social executions is a must. A knowledge of photography, image creation & visual story telling is advantageous. This is a fast-paced environment, so the candidate needs to be highly motivated and able to work on multiple projects at once.

Thoroughly researched concepts and ideas for seasonal campaigns that successfully solve commercial challenges and are able to be used by the wider teams through deliverable assets.

Concepts and visual identity brought to life, through work with external agencies

Confidently delivered presentations to senior stakeholders with successful sell-in of ideas

Well managed projects delivered in a timely manner and within budget

A variety of assets produced, ranging from windows, POS, campaign visuals, sales materials, social assets and branding collateral and more

Ownership of the brand’s visual output, ensuring a systematic management of all files and projects.

All graphic and graphic related content for the brand delivered on time
As our future Senior Graphic Designer, you will:

Strong typographic sense and a thorough knowledge of graphic design, branding/marketing and content production.

Understanding of retail space and print execution
-
Excellent research and presentation methods
-
Strong knowledge of digital and print best practices/guidelines
-
Digital photography and studio lighting knowledge ideal but not essential

Can manage own workload and that of the artworker and any additional freelance/ad hoc teams and agencies.

Work with foresight to navigate through business challenges and unexpected problems to ensure success; be solutions-oriented and a creative problem solver.

Be able to measure project success beyond delivery; working with the Marketing, web and Sales teams to proactively seek out feedback and results.

Be adaptable, able to work quickly and respond rapidly to the changing retail environment.

Have a strong eye for visual design, composition, image creation; with an uncompromising attention to detail and precision

Expert competency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and, InDesign

Knowledge of video and motion software would be a benefit but not essential (Motion graphics, animation, film etc)
