This post provides an exciting opportunity for a an existing team member to support the evolution of the specialist strand. In addition to bring specialist study coaches together as a community of practitioners, there will be opportunities to deliver awareness raising training and to support even more students who are funded by the Disabled Student Allowance to engage in services.
The post-holder will support a caseload of students alongside agreed responsibilities to develop the specialist strand and improve outcomes for students in study, and where built into their degree, in the workplace. An element of the work will also focus on transition support for students with low incidence, high impact conditions in the pre-entry periods.
