Qualifications

Experience in planning engineering maintenance activities / planned outages.

Experience in using planning / scheduling tool.

Experience in preparing work packs.

Ability to interpret plans / situations / issues to clearly define & direct actions to achieve a successful outcome.

Role model in ensuring HSE compliances and ability to change a positive HSE culture.

Experience with planning and associated IT tools (Primavera P6 and SAP PM).

A strong broad technical engineering knowledge.

Previous experience in planning & executing major outages in a comparable industry (chemistry, petrochemicals and nuclear etc).

Stakeholder management.

Outage planning experience.

Costing and budget experience.
