As part of our plans for the future we are expanding our Property Team and we are looking for Safety and Compliance Managers to come and join us. This is a brand new role to our business and we are looking for experienced candidates who can really make the role their own.
We are looking for somebody who is solution focused and has excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation, asset management and compliance management systems.
What will you be doing?
- You will be responsible for leading a team that ensure that our properties are compliant with all applicable health and safety legislation, together with any Stonegate specific requirements to provide a safe and legal environment for our General managers, Publicans colleagues, and guests
- You will work closely with key departments across the business and our operational teams, liaising with our network of contractors to arrange visits and obtain reports and certificates that ensure our sites are able to always trade
- You will also play a pivotal role in support the implementation of Property Health and Safety management framework which extends to our supply chain management. The ability to constructively challenge and improve existing ways of working will be critical to respond to the needs of the business and ensure your team succeed
- You will be responsible for motivating and developing team members and for delivering excellent levels of communication to all key stakeholders including the development of a range of consistent reports
This role is remote with regular travel to our Pub Support Centre in Solihull.
