The Global Merchandising team is responsible for 7 different brands, across 16 countries and 12 warehouses, and therefore is integral in ensuring that we have the right products, at the right time, in the right place and in the right quantities.
All about the role
As Merchandise Admin Assistant you will help to support the team managing the WSSI, inbound commitment, trade analysis, as well as proactively highlight issues and escalate accordingly to the Merchandiser, and help make informed and strategic decisions. You will be working with key stakeholders within the business to help drive revenue on our webshops as well as ensuring all our drivers have the right kit to do their jobs successfully.
As part of this varied role, we're also counting on you to:
- Manage & successfully provide weekly, seasonal and ad hoc reports.

Review stock levels by warehouse and make recommendations for any movements

Manage intake into the warehouses in conjunction with the buying team, logistics and suppliers.

Assist the Merchandiser in updating and maintaining the WSSI

Build relationships with the key stakeholders in the business

Ensure a high degree of accuracy is maintained across all areas of responsibility

Previous experience working as an MAA

A well-organised and accurate approach to your work

Good communication skills to connect easily with people from different cultural backgrounds

A good understanding of Microsoft Excel and comfortable in working with data
