An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join us on a part-time basis (3 days a week) based from our Edinburgh office.
Here at SeAH Wind, we are on our journey to create the world’s biggest Monopile Factory in the World. We are due to be operational by mid-2024 and we are looking for talented people to join our organisation. Now is an exciting time to join us, you’ll initially join a small team that will gradually expand within the next 12-18 months.
Building the future, for future generations our Monopiles will quite literally be the foundations on which our Net Zero ambitions are built upon.
As an Administrator, you’ll deal with enquiries, distribute e-mail and post, produce documents and reports, and order stationery for our offices. You’ll also arrange and book travel and accommodation, book meeting rooms and lunches, process expenditure requests, and process reimbursement requests including recording expenses and uploading them onto the accounting system.
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has previous admin and customer services experience ideally with an understanding of financial processes. You must be IT literate having used MS Office previously (especially excel), you must be adaptable and along with working on your own initiative and be part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
