THE ROLE
Limitless is looking for a highly motivated, action-oriented person to take a senior position in our team. This an opportunity for anyone who wants to know that their work results in transformed lives.
You will take the lead in organising training events, youth events and festivals for Limitless. The Limitless Events Producer will report directly to the Limitless Director of Ministries.
Duties Include
· Work closely with the Limitless National Director, Limitless Director of Ministries, Event Manager and the Limitless Events Team to ensure the safe implementation of all event logistics, operations, production and finance;
· Take the lead role in organising and the delivery, on-site, of all operational and production aspects of Limitless national events, including:
o Limitless Festival – 5-day camping festival held in August for up to 5000 guests
and
o Limitless Leaders – 3-day residential training conference for youth and children’s ministry leaders;
· Assisting the Limitless Regional Leaders in organising Limitless Oxygen and Limitless One events;
· Budget setting for all events, monitoring, administration, and related activities to ensure events come within the agreed budget;
· Oversight of the Limitless Festival bank account, working with our event finance officer to ensure timely and accurate accounts reconciliation and monthly reporting using Sage accounting software;
· Management of online ticketing and payment systems (Solid Rock & Stripe);
· Management of POS and PDQ systems and equipment (SumUp);
· Management of the event mobile phone accounts;
· Correspond with local churches, pastors, youth and children’s leaders in assisting with bookings process;
· Liaise with event & conference venues to make event arrangements, including contract negotiation;
· Negotiate and coordinate schedules of work with contractors from a variety of fields including web design, mobile utilities, temporary structures, fencing & barriers, medical, catering suppliers, hoteliers, vehicle hire, audio-visual companies, rides & attractions, promoters, bands and performers, and so forth;
· Ensure event policies, documentation and procedures are in place, e.g. Health and Safety, Risk Assessments, Operations Manuals, Insurance, Safeguarding, Fire safety etc;
· Ensure all events fully adhere to Safeguarding policies;
· Using CAD software, design and draw site & venue plans for distribution to suppliers, exhibitors and teams;
· Create and update project tracker documents to ensure tasks and deadlines are met;
· Think creatively around events content, design and implementation;
· Aiding the Limitless Volunteer Team Leader in recruiting and deploying teams of volunteers in a Christian context, which should include creating opportunities to pray together.
· Line manage team members in line with the Limitless Values whilst ensuring tasks are completed and the team member is being fulfilled in their role;
· Suggesting and implementing IT solutions to ensure the smooth running, automation of repeated tasks and data regulation adherence of Limitless events;
· Assume additional duties as assigned

· Ability to handle confidential information appropriately;
· Ability to prioritise key tasks and manage time effectively in order to meet deadlines;
· Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel etc.) to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
· Experience with the management of online ticketing and payment systems;
· Experience in using web forms (MS Forms, Cognito forms);
· Experienced in the use of CAD software;
· Experience in managing large scale events & festivals production;
· Experience in financial management;
· Previous line-management experience
Desirables
· Any media skills, including web design, photo editing, graphic design, and video editing.
· Previous experience in youth work/youth ministry;
· Web development;
· Experience in online events both via web conferencing platforms and live streaming;
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You will be required to attend the four key Limitless events throughout the year, which will result in working additional voluntary hours during the events days/week. These events are:
· Limitless Leaders (January)
· Limitless One (February)
· Limitless Festival (August)
· Limitless Oxygen (October)
This role can be fulfilled remotely, though you will be required to be in the office for staff team days once a week, and for other team days and key meetings as assigned.
Any successful application will be subject to a DBS check.
The applicant is required to have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
An Occupational Requirement exists for the post-holder to be a Christian who assents to the Elim basis of faith in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
