Ecosafe Group Limited offer a full range of repairs and maintenance services to Social Housing and Supported living partners across the south, with this role being in Devon and Cornwall.

The Role:
Working in existing buildings and on renovation projects at various locations providing a finish of a high standard and to specification.
The purpose of this role is in our client’s response team to carry out day to day repairs and maintenance to their client’s housing stock.
What we are looking for:
· Do you have previous Plastering experience?
· Are you able to work on your own initiative, taking ownership of issues/problems and seeing them through to a satisfactory conclusion?
· Able to deliver excellent customer service when carrying out works on properties

Do you have what it takes?
To succeed in your role as a Plasterer you will:
· Preferably will be joining us as a Self Employed trader but do have PAYE options available
· Ensure all work is carried out within the allocated time frame and to a high standard and quality.
· Knowledge of industry best practice to an intermediate/ advanced level.
· Comply and adhere to all Health & Safety regulations
· Conduct yourself appropriately, ensuring the corporate code of conduct and brand guidelines are adhered to.
· Ensure you maintain accurate job records and communicate all progress to colleagues.
· Have an awareness of manual handling, ladder safety, working at height, abrasive wheels, first aid, health and safety.
· A trade Qualification at NVQ 2 or equivalent would be beneficial.
This role is subject to a basic DBS check and will require a full driving licence.
