The Information Security Governance Analyst will be responsible for:
- Supporting Information Security Governance Manager with documenting and maintaining Information Security Strategy and associated artefacts
- Supporting the development and governance of the security programme, initiatives and improvement
- Assisting in the implementation of projects relating to Information Security Governance
- Ensuring that regular Information Security Governance reports are prepared and submitted to management
- Assisting in engagements with the Service Lines on all key parts of delivering Information Security
- Developing working relationships with key internal and external contacts relative to the projects undertaken
- Creating and managing papers and presentations in advance of governance meetings
- Taking minutes and circulating promptly and tracking actions
- Working in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
Connect to your skills and professional experience
- Degree in IT / computer science or information security or equivalent experience.
- Preferable experience in an information security governance role.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of security metrics and reporting requirements, and developing key performance and key risk indicators.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of security policy frameworks and control implementation.
- Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies and risk analysis.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain security processes and procedures.

Personal independence
