A day in the life of…
As a Food Beverage Operations Manager you will report into the VP of Food and Beverage EMEA. This role will be working with a region of hotels, developing, and implementing operational support tools/systems, leading a coordinated approach, focusing on driving performance, menu development, recruitment and supporting the implementation of initiatives across our varied Aimbridge portfolio. You will undertake FB operational support hotel visits to identify opportunities, share best practise, review cost of sale, GOI and revenue performance. You will also review food safety, allergen policy and self-audit compliance via 3rd party portals and ensure hotels meet any FB Aimbridge/brand standards and compliance.
This role will require flexibility to travel on a national level across UK and where required. It will also include the ability to stay overnight on an average of 2 or 3 nights per week. A personal car will be required to support regional/national travel and will be awarded with a car allowance.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a wealth of food and beverage knowledge, operationally FOH and kitchen BOH and hold a current food safety certification at level 2 or above. You will also have experience at management level in a regional or multi-site role within the hospitality sector minimum of 3 years. You should also be abe to display a financial and profitability skill set; to develop business solutions, drive performance with strong PL understanding.
