We are Looking for Deep Carpet & Floor cleaning technician who able to use commercial level equipment's like prochem power plus , numatic floor cleaner etc.
Also must have driving license to carry mobile Cleaning Van to client location and supervise all cleaning task associated with RAMS & COSH provided.

Responsibilities Include:
· High Dusting - All areas including walls, ledges, fixtures, and fittings to be free from dust, soil, grease, smears and building debris.
· Damp Dusting - All surfaces including side front and top surfaces to be free from dust, soil, grease and building debris. Mirrors to be buffed to a sheen on completion of cleaning task
· Cleaning of Pipes and Radiators - To be free from dust, debris, soil, grease marks and smears. Particular attention to be paid to the back, sides, and grille of the radiators.
· Cleaning of Sanitary Fittings and Associated Areas -The fittings to be free from dust, soil, grease, building debris and stains on inside and outside of all toilets and urinals. The underside of wash hand basins to be free from soil and debris. The toilet seat, rim, lid, cistern, and handle to be free from soil and building debris.
Taps and overflows, outlets, chains and plugs to be free from grease, scum, and other deposits. Surrounding pipes, wall tiles and ledges, soap holders and partitions to be free from dust and soil.
Particular attention must be paid to the removal of all manufacturers protective wrapping, usually attached to new fittings. Adhesive labels and polythene around taps, handles etc. is also to be removed. The fittings must be free from any paint splashes. Chrome fittings, pipework, and ceramic tiles to be buffed to a sheen on completion of cleaning.
SPECIAL NOTE – Nonabrasive cleaning agents to be used. Particular care must be taken not to scratch the fittings whilst cleaning tasks are in progress.
· Hard Flooring Ceramic and Vinyl Flooring - Areas including underneath pipes, radiators, fixtures, and fittings, along edges and in corners, round door frames to be free from dust, soil, grease, paint splashes, scuff marks and smears.
Particular attention to be paid to total removal of paint marks and splashes. Care must be given to avoid the scratching of vinyl surfaces and to avoid leaving any patchy appearance.
Floor to be power washed and vacuum dried where possible.
· Light Fittings - Wipe down all fittings and diffusers to remove all traces of dust and finger-marks.
· Plant Rooms - Damp dust all sections of plant (excluding electrical switchgear). Wipe clean on tops of air handling units high level pipework and ductwork. Damp dust all exposed steelwork surfaces.
Do not stand on any plant, pipes, or ducts to gain access to high levels.
Machine scrub and vacuum dry floors where access is possible. In restricted areas scrub with a stiff brush and mop dry.
· Lift Cars - All internal finishes of the lift car are to be cleaned in accordance with the relevant specification sections above.
· Metal Ceilings -Metal ceiling panels to be cleaned to remove all trace of dust and finger-marks.
· Doors and Vision Panels - To be thoroughly clean and free from dust, soil, smears and other residue, protection tape and identification marks. All paint splashes must be removed from doors and glass. Buff glass to a sheen on completion.
· Lower Ground Floor Vanity Units -All surfaces inside and outside to be free from dust, soil, grease, sawdust, and smears. Particular attention to be paid to corners of cupboards, drawers, and grooves
· Carpeted Floors - All cleaning to be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Areas including underneath of pipes, along edges and corners, around door frames and other fixtures to be free from dust, litter and building debris. Any spillage or stain to be removed carefully, consideration being given to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Vinyl skirting to be free from dust, soil, grease, scuff marks, smears, and paint splashes. Do not polish. Floors 2-5 ceiling will have a carpet strip that will need a hoover.
· Raised Access Floors - Areas including underneath pipes, radiators, fixtures, and fittings, along edges and in corners, round door frames to be free from dust, soil, grease, paint splashes, scuff marks and smears.
Particular attention to be paid to total removal of paint marks and splashes. Care must be given to avoid the scratching of the RAF and to avoid leaving any patchy appearance. Floor to be mopped
· Balustrades - Handrails and balustrade frames to be free from dust, soil, grease, scuff marks, smears, and paint splashes. Final polish to be finished and particular attention should be paid to avoid scratching the metalwork.
All glass panels to be thoroughly clean and free from dust, soil, smears and other residue, protection tape and identification marks. All paint splashes must be removed from glass, window frame and sill. Buff glass to a sheen on completion.
· Decorative circular steel columns at Lower Ground and Upper Ground Floor Level - To be thoroughly clean and free from dust, soil, smears, and another residue (two story)
· Exposed Concrete Slabs at Lower Ground - To be free from dust, soil, and grease.
· Riser cupboards - All risers should be thoroughly hoovered, and all services to be free from dust, soil, smears, and other residue.
Window Cleaning – Interior & Exterior
· Windows and Frames - Remove any residual tape from glass and frames. Wash / clean all glass and wipe down frames including top edges. Glass and frames to be free from dust, soil, grease, smears etc. To be buffed to a sheet on completion. Clean out any dust and debris from rebates of frame internally.
Potential Extra – wiping down and window cleaning the external face of the curtain walling.
Ø Floor 6 – Will require internal and external.
Floors – Upper Ground – 5th floor – Internal
Ø Potentially exterior on the upper ground floor.
Required Qualifications:
- Clean cut appearance a must, we provide a non-smoking environment
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Can pass a background check & drug test
- Possess their own personal cell phone
- Have previous experience regarding carpet clean
- CSCS card

· Other essential cleaning products
Hours:
Generally 20-30 total hours per week. A big plus is that we offer flexible hours to work with your schedule as long as the work is completed. This would be a great side job or second job for additional income. Our equipment is at our office located in Walthamstow. This position is flexible as equipment maintenance/clean up can be done any day in a week. The grounds work could be done on the weekend or during the week. Scheduling of commercial cleaning jobs varies based on the customer’s needs.
Compensation:
