The main responsibility of this role is to produce and maintain people data reports to inform the Human Resource (HR) team and the wider Business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within our HR Team to help shape our approach to reporting and analysing HR data.
You will learn about various HR Information Systems to produce statistical reports, summaries and insights on various employee matters such as recruitment, development, employee relations, diversity, reward and benefits. You will also get the opportunity to work with various HR specialists and gain an in depth understanding of the behavioural and social aspects of people at work, which is a key ingredient when analysing HR data.
You are expected to have an understanding of basic data reporting and analysis methodologies and how they are applied in a business environment. You will be well versed in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI or similar reporting tools with a high degree of general IT and numeracy skills. The ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and creative problem solving skills are essential as you will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision, whilst maintaining an extremely high standard of work at all times.
With a number of initiatives running concurrently, time management and planning are essential skills. As a highly motivated individual, you will have the desire to achieve goals and the ability to work in a pressurised environment.
