£42,242
Plus bonus; medical benefit; 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) and pension.
Full time, 5 days out of 7

Primark Bournemouth is recruiting for an Assistant Manager.
As an Assistant Manager you will be overseeing a team of Department Managers and their respective teams. You’ll be calling upon all your experience and commercial know how to deliver sales through your team, maximising opportunities as they arise. You’ll see the big picture ensuring the visual merchandising; stock control and customer journey are second to none.
A retail fashion background is not essential for this role but having strong leadership and coaching skills, a commercial mind set and exposure to a fast paced environment is. Many Assistant Managers join us from positions including Deputy or Assistant Manager of a similar size store or a Store Manager of a smaller size store to ours. The role will not be without challenge but you will have the freedom, the autonomy and the support to really make this role your own.
