Job Description
An experiences event administrator is needed for an amazing event caterer, based in one of the most stunning venues in central London.
You will be supporting the team with the planning and coordination of their corporate and social events with particular focus on the wedding business.
Experience in event sales and planning (preferably within weddings) is needed.
Some of the responsibilities are:
· Plan and coordinate the confirmed events from the point on contract to the week prior to the event, with particular interest to the weddings
· Create contracts and events sheets
· Organise event requirements through to final details
· Collaborate with the internal client regarding their internal events calendar
· Manage key external suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of events
· Ensure event finances and invoicing is managed effectively
· Send deposit and final invoices to the clients
· Chase the event debtors as and when required
· Manage the venue online profiles and third-party listings
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00 per year
