The role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Systems Advisor to join the team, to enable Hovis to deliver on its vision of being the best quality brand in bakery.
Working with the HR and central support teams, some of the key accountabilities include;
Provide support to the Business in the development, building, testing and implementation of HR systems.
Responsible for the provision of quality service across HR Systems and provide applications and systems maintenance, configuration and development to support HR Functions and Users.
Act as a Super User for HR Systems ensuring that amendments to configuration are actioned in a timely manner and that system availability and functionality is optimised. Apply this knowledge to solve incidents/problems and deliver changes.
Business analysis, design, technical and functional specifications, testing, training, implementation, post implementation support and issue resolution.
Basic configuration and support of SAP HCM modules in Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY) and also Successfactors modules in Employee Central, Employee Service Centre, Recruitment Marketing, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, SAP Jam and DocuSig.
