The role of the Assistant General Manager is to assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the business, while being overall responsible for the day to day running of the unit. The Assistant General Manager will have full accountability for the business in the General Manager’s absence. The Assistant General Manager will assist the management team in operating and maintaining the unit to maximise profitability while ensuring that company standards, policies and procedures are maintained.
