An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Senior Care Assistant Worker post grade 3 to join the Perry Tree Team & Ann Marie Howes Team.
We are looking for an organised and dependable team player who has a positive and flexible approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with being enthusiastic and self-motivated.
Candidates must have experience of working as Carer or similar role and have a full and relevant NVQ 3 qualification or QCF.
You must have experience of working with Vulnerable adults and able to provide service to older people within CQC regulated environment

About the role:
- To provide day to day supervision to care staff in line with the vision for the service which is ensuring that residents live as independently as possible and have maximum control over their own care.
- To have lead responsibility for the residential unit in the absence of Team Leaders and the Service Manager.
- To support the management team in ensuring that the service is compliant with regulatory standards by undertaking audits and other activities that demonstrate performance standards.
- To assist the management team in the promotion and embedding of excellent care practices which promotes a person-centred ethos
