Looking for a Care Worker who drives to start immediately in Portsmouth for Domiciliary Home Care
Are you a Care Assistant, looking for an agency, ad-hoc, part-time or full-time care job?
NK Care Limited is currently recruiting for home care service in Portsmouth to start as soon as possible. Preferably looking for someone who drives and will be paid extra if you own a car.
Your main responsibilities:
- The implementation of an agreed plan of care with the patient and in accordance with instructions and training received.
- Help promote and maintain an environment conducive to meeting the needs of the service user/relatives and carers.
- Contribute to a team approach to patient care in conjunction with all members of the multidisciplinary team and Nursing Residential environment.

Essential Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- 1+ care experience within a clinical environment.
- Flexibility to work a mixture of days, nights, and weekends to comply with clients' demands.
