Job Description

Relief team administrator – Birmingham City Centre
Hourly pay £10.42 zero hours flexible contract – suitable for students for applicants with caring commitments or anyone who is happy to work adhoc part time hours!
Location: On site, Birmingham centre next to the tram line
Working between the hours of 8.00am – 8.00pm
Williams Lea seeks a key person to join a prominent law firm in Birmingham centre.
Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled business-critical support services to financial, legal and professional services firms.
We are currently seeking 3 people to join us on a zero hours contract to support during busy periods and holidays.

The Job:
The relief team will provide administration cover when needed on site at a leading law firm. Duties will vary and will include the following:
  • Uploading and Downloading documents from portals
  • Printing Documents
  • Usage of internal and external portals/systems
  • Communicate with clients on job or deadlines
. Email management, completing requests for work
Key Requirements:
Available for a zero hour contract
Good knowledge of Outlook
Knowledge of Microsoft office
Ability to absorb information.
