FIFTH Movement is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team to help with the day to day tasks.
FIFTH provide bespoke provision to Primary and Secondary schools to get children/teens engaged in regular physical activity and provide resources and training to support the mental health and well-being of students.
Your role as Administrative Support will include the following.
- Creating job posts on Indeed & LinkedIn to find new coaches in our catchment areas.
- Scheduling meetings/calls with prospective new coaches.
- Creating spreadsheets to keep tabs on hot/warm/cold business leads.
- Ensuring coaching staff have the correct uniform when going into schools.
- Finding cover for coaches who are sick or on holiday.
- Keeping the website and Twitter up-to-date with relevant content around our ongoing work.
- Manage our Holiday booking system for all HAF funded holiday provision.
- Liaise with coaches regularly to be up to date on who is readily available in their area if new business comes in.
This role is for anyone looking for part-time work and will start off at two days per week with the potential to grow.
Pay £15p/h. Hours 8:30am-3:30pm, 2 days per week. Tuesday compulsory in the office, second day can be WFH once passed probation.
