An award-winning Legal 500 law firm based in Hale, South Manchester is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least five years’ experience to join their award-winning team.
You’ll have a clear pathway to the top, as you’ll be working as a number two to the head of the department.
This is the perfect opportunity if you’re looking to handle a broad mix of high-calibre work, avoid the daily commute into the city centre and achieve a better work/life balance (read: no crazy hours!).
Due to its location in a very affluent part of Manchester, your cases will be high-value, complex and often high-profile – the exact trifecta needed to get your name in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners tables.
You’ll handle a mixed caseload of landlord and tenant disputes, possessions and evictions, rent arrears and reviews, boundary disputes, and easements, acting for a client base of large property developers, agents, and large lenders. You’ll have no individual target to meet, as the firm prefers to operate collaboratively and employs team targets as an alternative.
For legal professionals specialising in litigation, this South Manchester firm is a fantastic place to begin or continue a career, as it truly specialises in this field (that is, alongside its other core area of practice: property – which ensures a steady throughput of work into the litigation team). The firm is known for the dynamism and forward-thinking approach of its partners, as well as its reputation for exceptional client care.
Offering a credible alternative to city centre law firm culture, its principal-led approach recognises the uniqueness of each and every team member. That’s why, in addition to taking home a great salary, you will be able to take advantage of a free massage every month, subscriptions to Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime and Apple, membership to Pure Gym, your birthday off work, a counselling service, free pet insurance, free conveyancing, and a healthcare package which provides 24/7 access to a GP and money towards dental, optical and physio.
Commutable from Manchester, Hale, Altrincham, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Congleton, Stockport and surrounding areas, speak to us about joining this truly modern firm today.
