Job Description
We are a family business of Master Bakers & Chocolatiers based in Eltham, South-East London, and this year marks our 100 year anniversary. We produce a range of bread including sourdough and our signature London Bloomer, pastries from croissants to Danish Pastries, luxury chocolates, celebration cakes, sandwiches and savouries including sausage rolls, pies and pasties.
We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team, one who has knowledge in:
- producing different breads such as sourdough, wholemeal, rye etc from scratch
- enriched doughs like brioche, doughnuts etc
- pastries (croissants, pan au chocolat)
- working in a team
Hours 4am-12pm, 5 days a week including Saturday. Benefits include employee discount, 4 weeks paid holiday a year and pension.
