IT Business Analyst
Location – Luton
The Business Analyst is the problem solver of the organisation and the key interface with our business. They are responsible for capturing business requirements within agreed timeframes, cost, and quality parameters in collaboration with internal and third-party teams.
The role works closely with various Business stakeholders, Technical Architects, Developers, Testers and Product teams to define new solutions and processes, and to deliver new products and services to meet the needs of projects and programmes within the prioritised portfolio

Consistently exhibiting core Business Analysis competencies (Strategic thinker, trusted adviser, clear communicator, analytical thinker, problem solver and knowledge sharer) and skills (business and technical domain modelling, requirements elicitation, analysis, definition, and management) in supporting the discovery, design, build and delivery of business and technology solutions for projects
Requirements of the Role
Skills/Experience
Demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or System Analyst on bespoke back-end systems developed in-house
Consistently exhibits core Business Analysis competencies (Strategic thinker, trusted adviser, clear communicator, analytical thinker, problem solver and knowledge sharer) and skills (business and technical domain modelling, requirements elicitation, analysis, definition, and management) in supporting the discovery, design, build and delivery of business and technology solutions for projects
