Job Description
Mercia Utility Services Ltd work on behalf of utility companies, and we are currently recruiting Self Employed Resolution Officers to join our existing field team and cover Guilford, Pembrokeshire and surrounding areas. The position would ideally fit around another job similar to this.
Job Summary:
You will be visiting commercial and domestic properties to establish:
- Current occupier details
- Obtain meter reads.
- Resolve outstanding arrears on utility meters and completing Rights of Entry Warrants
- Re- engage the customer with the client to resolve current issues with the customer’s account.
You will need:
- Computer/ Smart phone
- DBS check
- Your own vehicle with the required business use car insurance

Previous experience in the following roles would be desirable:
- Enforcement officer
- Debt collection/recovery
