Position: Web an UI Designer
Salary: Up to £50,000 per year
Location: Crawley, RH11 – Essential that this is commutable
Hours: Full Time Position: Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
Part Time/Flexible Hours – To be agreed
NO WEEKENDS
Holidays: 28 Days per annum (Includes bank holidays)

What you need:
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (Figma or Adobe etc)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software
- If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications
What you will be responsible for:
- Gathering user requirements and analysing their continual feedback, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.
- Create visually stunning and intuitive interfaces for users of our website and application.
- Great attention to detail and self-critical to produce the highest quality of work.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how our App & Sites function and look
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images etc.
- Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working with the MD as well as developers so must be able to translate ideas to design and then explain the design & intended interaction to developers. You may also be required to communicate with our clients from time to time to understand their ongoing needs.
- Identify and troubleshoot US problems (e.g. responsiveness)

This role could also be a job share between two people who require part time hours, we are always open to flexibility for the right person.
