Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Business Development Executive position at Montessori Apprentice Academy (MAA).
Delivering both Montessori and Early Years Training within the nursery sector, MAA prides itself on it's customer experience and learning program. With unrivalled breadth and depth of training, the company delivers learning solutions for apprentices as a main provider for the ESFA.
Our newly refurbished Academy and offices are located in Watford, Hertfordshire. We provide childcare apprenticeships (Level 2 & 3), CPD training nationwide and our expert-led Montessori diploma.
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual with experience of working in apprenticeship sales, with the ability to work with employers to drive the development of Early Years L2 & L3 Apprenticeships, as well as our unique L3 EYE combined with Montessori Diploma.
As a Sales Asociate you will be expected to have an excellent understanding of changing Government policies relating to Apprenticeships, and be able to confidently brief employers and colleagues on these developments.
It will be essential for you to be able to work with local and national employers to identify their Apprenticeship requirements and to encourage them to choose MAA as a training provider. In this role, you will develop long-term links with employers to ensure a sustainable demand and intake for our courses.

- You will be responsible for the recruitment and enrolment of learner applications onto our programmes.
- To provide a first point of contact for employers regarding apprenticeships, providing a smooth transition from development to final contract where appropriate.
- Offer quality impartial signposting when required to potential learners that do not currently meet the eligibility criteria or achieve their online initial assessments to the required level.
- Building strong client relationships that engender trust and sustainability.
- Obtaining intricate knowledge of each client’s setting to ensure you are able to offer the best and most relevant solution.
- Listening to and overcoming customer objections, feeding back to your manager.

- Accurately maintaining all customer details and sales opportunities on MAA's CRM.
- Providing reports to your manager on activity levels.
