The sift will take place against the Civil Service Behaviours “Managing a Quality Service” and "Working Together". From this, candidates deemed suitable will be offered an interview.
At the interview itself, the panel will ask you to provide evidence and examples of the following Civil Service Behaviours:
Managing a Quality Service
Working Together
Leadership
You will be asked to provide evidence and examples for each of the above behaviours, so you should prepare individual evidence for each behaviour.
Interviews are planned to be undertaken within the RAF Medical Board building (date to be confirmed in due course) which will give candidates the opportunity to have a walk around, meet the team and ask any specific questions about the role. However, depending upon COVID19 guidance in place at the time, interviews may have to be performed via telephone instead.
